Recruitment for The Mentorship Programme Open!

Are you ready to turn your passion for the environment into real-world action? The Amazons Project is officially entering its most exciting phase yet, and we want you to be at the heart of it.

This isn’t your typical “sit-and-listen” course. From May to December, we’re building a community of young leaders who don’t just learn about change they create it. The Mentorship Programme developed within the Work Package 4 of the Amazons just started.

You’re the Co-Pilot, Not Just a Passenger

What makes this programme different? We actually want your input. You aren’t just a “student” here; you’re a co-creator. You’ll help us shape the project, test out new ideas, and make sure what we’re building actually works for girls in the real world.

Think of yourself as an Associate Partner. Your experiences and your “boots on the ground” perspective are exactly what we need to make a lasting impact.

What’s the Vibe?

• Your Personal Roadmap: You’ll work on a Personal Development Plan, a fancy way of saying we’ll help you figure out your own goals and how to smash them.
• Global Besties: You’ll connect with girls from across different countries. You’ll learn about their worlds, share your own, and realize we’re all in this together.
• Poland Awaits! Alongside our online meetups, we’re heading to Kraków, Poland in November for an exciting in-person international gathering.
• Sisterhood & Support: You’ll have a dedicated mentor by your side. Our female mentors are there to be your guides, role models, and biggest cheerleaders. We also have male allies on board to help us tackle the big stuff, like gender equality and making the internet a safer space for everyone.
